To Adam, everything he does is for his family.
He and his wife, Katy, made their way back from Athens and the University of Georgia all the way to Johns Creek because they believed in the promise of this community for their two daughters. Tired of cowardly politicians and determined to preserve that promise, Adam is running for office because he is ready to put his experience as a small-business owner, attorney, and author of laws to work - lowering costs, expanding access to health care, and defending Georgians from government overreach.
Adam has already done the work of a legislator. From 2015 through 2020 he co-wrote, testified before the General Assembly to support, and ultimately shepherded the passage of three bills to ensure meaningful judgment enforcement in Georgia. His attention to diverse needs and opposing views led to the 2020 bill passing with unanimous approval in both chambers of a General Assembly so divided they could not agree who had won the presidency that year. In 2025, Adam again appeared at the Capitol to testify against, and defeat, a bill that would have rendered money judgments largely ineffective. Adam takes representation of his business peers and community seriously, having served on the Board of the National Creditors Bar Association, as Chairperson for his Georgia Bar Section, and on his neighborhood HOA Board.
Adam, like his family for generations, is a proud Georgian and a member of The Temple in Buckhead. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and ultimate frisbee, watching UGA football, and serving as an unpaid Uber driver to his daughters on a daily basis.
Lowering Everyday Costs
As a father and an employer, Adam knows how expensive it has gotten to raise a family and how rarely workers today have access to the wages and benefits other generations regularly enjoyed. Adam supports tax relief for working families and seniors, policies to make housing more affordable, and legislative measures to encourage small businesses and support those they employ.
Making Health Care Affordable
Adam believes we must expand access to health care in Georgia. He supports immediately expanding Medicaid - so Georgians get access to health care they have already paid for – and investing in state-level health assistance programs to combat the withdrawal of federal health funding. Adam will fight to make health care affordable and accessible to all.
Defending Democracy
Adam believes the fight to restore our democracy belongs to the states now. He will protect and strengthen the foundations of our democratic process in Georgia, increase Georgians’ access to the polls, and ensure that every single vote is counted. As an attorney and dad, Adam will work to make sure Georgia joins those states resolved to restore our constitutional system of checks and balances and enforce the rule of law for every citizen.
